We ask that the authors submit a short biography (50 to 100 words) and an abstract (maximum 150 words) with their papers. Indeed, we welcome articles that engage in literary and cultural analysis from any number of perspectives. We do not adhere to one theoretical approach alone. Canadian literature is loosely defined as writing by Canadians (whether by birth or by choice). The journal publishes a range of material from Canadian and international scholars, writers, and poets. We are interested in articles on all subjects relating to Canadian literature, literary culture, and artistic production in Canada. Canadian Literature aims to foster a wide academic interest in the Canadian literary field.
